Garth Mather
President
Garth brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services. His background includes serving as a Wall Street producer and owning a broker dealer. He provides ECP with experienced leadership in business direction, corporate strategy, and long term growth.
Alvin Kersting
Vice President
Alvin brings more than 25 years of global executive experience across corporate turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, and public market strategies. His leadership experience spans the aerospace, energy, and software sectors.
Adnan Haroon
Secretary Treasurer
Adnan is a senior executive with more than 24 years of experience in governance, finance, and strategic planning. He provides ECP with financial oversight, capital structure expertise, and a disciplined approach to organizational improvement.
Michael Young
Founding Partner and Director
Michael focuses on mergers and acquisitions within the optical, optometry, and ophthalmology sectors. With more than 35 years of leadership experience, he supports ECP's strategic partnerships, acquisition development, practice owner relationships, and organizational growth. He also serves on ECP's Executive Board.

Dr Susana Sebestyen
Neuro Optometrist and Industry Expert
Dr Susana Sebestyen brings expertise in neuro optometry, integrative medicine, myopia control, and evidence based vision therapy. Her clinical experience includes advanced ocular imaging, OCT, corneal topography, and neuro optometric examinations. She also contributes extensive experience in clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development.

Clinical Operations
Dr Austin Jabari brings 10 years of experience in clinical operations, back office management, and optical lens organization. He supports talent development, access to emerging optical technology, clinical workflow improvement, and operational excellence within optometric practices.
