About ECP

Built to Preserve What You've Built

Eye Care Professionals is a practice-led acquisition, ownership, and transition organization. We exist to serve independent eye care practices, and the owners who have spent a lifetime building them.

Who We Are

A Focused Steward for Independent Eye Care

ECP is not a brokerage, a consulting firm, or a private equity fund. We acquire and own practices directly, with a generational horizon, and we approach each one individually.

We work only with independent optometry, ophthalmology, and optical practices. That focus is deliberate: it allows us to understand your field in depth, and to honor the particular character of the practice you have built rather than applying a template designed for many industries at once.

What We Believe

The Convictions Behind Our Work

These beliefs are the reason ECP exists. They are the standard against which every decision and every transition is measured.

01

A practice is more than its financials: it is patients, people, reputation, and a standard of care.

02

A transition should protect more than value; it should respect everything that made a practice worth building.

03

Stewardship, not consolidation, is the right posture toward a lifetime's work.

04

The owner defines success, not a multiple, a timeline, or a deal.

05

Confidentiality and continuity are foundations, not features.

Our Focus

Exclusively Eye Care

We do not work outside of eye care. This singular focus is the basis of the depth and discretion we offer.

01

Optometry

Independent optometric practices and the relationships, clinical standards, and communities they serve.

02

Ophthalmology

Ophthalmology practices seeking a long-term steward for their patients, staff, and professional legacy.

03

Optical

Independent optical practices, including dispensaries and integrated eye care operations.

A Conversation, Not a Commitment

Begin a Confidential Conversation

ECP is prepared to have the conversation before you are prepared to make the decision. There is no obligation, no pressure, and no expectation: only a thoughtful exchange about what you have built and what comes next.
